دوّى إنفجارٌ، الخميس، في وسط مدينة بيلغورود الروسيّة الواقعة على مقربة من أوكرانيا، وقد خلّف حفرةً كبيرةً وفق حاكم المنطقة الذي أشار إلى أنّه لم يفد على الفور بسقوط ضحايا.

وأعلن حاكم المنطقة فياتشيلاسف غلادكوف، عبر تلغرام أنّ "انفجاراً قد وقع"، مؤكّداً "ألّا ضحايا بحسب المعلومات الأولية".
وأشار إلى أنّ الانفجار خلّفَ "حفرة ضخمة قطرها 20 متراً".
